Nice looking hat, I will wear it frequently, although it was made cheaper than I expected because of the rear plastic snap size adjustment instead of velcro or the metal buckle type.

I ordered the Air Force version of the cap and the 1st one arrived but had US ARMY VETERAN on the bill of the cap. The Air Force emblem and rank with my name was fine. I took a photo and emailed Galaxate and they had a replacement already in the works before I rechecked for an update. The correct cap arrived at no charge and I will be ordering other items soon. It took longer than I expected to receive my personalized grumpy old veteran hat but it was worth the wait. In my opinion it summed up just how a lot of us truly feel and it makes folks laugh. There is not enough laughter in our world. Some gave all and some gave it there all. Love our country.

Love the cap. It appears to be very well made.
The only issue I have with it is the size adjustment. I had to clip the adjustment snaps on the very last hole to fit my head, and tgats still a little tight. My head isn't that large either, It's only 7.5 inches.

Hat is ok. But your packaging stinks! You can’t t put a baseball cap in an envelope type package and expect it to arrive undamaged. They both arrived smashed almost flat. They will never retain their original shape.
